Careers are journeys like any other.  At the start we are charged with excitement about what lies ahead.  We are filled with anticipation and are changed as we take in the experiences and move along the tracks that are laid down.  We transition from one station in our career to the next.  Hopefully the journey takes us where we want to go and we are not stopped in our career tracks by delays, cancellations or market “weather” conditions. The only way to know the best destinations along the route is to know yourself and what you ultimately want to get out of the journey.
